Meditation is known to provide relaxation, stress reduction and assistance with manifestation.  There is no one way ....

Use this guided meditation to take you on a journey to connect or reconnect with your Divine essence and tap into a wonderful resource for creativity and healing.  You’ll feel as though you’ve been on a little vacation! Choose a quiet environment and a time when you wont be disturbed.  Turn off the phone, lower the lights, ensure the animals (and children) have been feed, walked and watered and are safe (or that someone is on this for you).  Make meditation your time, as you would for bathing, eating, exercising.  Feel good knowing you are doing something for you and enjoy the benefits that await!  

Begin by getting comfortable.  Sitting in a chair or cross legged on the floor are great positions to provide access for your energy to flow.  I provide a video so that you meet me and get a feeling for who I am ~ watch the video as many times as you like but during meditation it is best to listen to the sounds of the music and my voice while your eyes are closed.  Light candles, reduce the volume and light of the computer screen and ensure you meditate only when your attention is available solely for meditation.  Relax and enjoy...

If you’re having a particularly difficult day and cant seem to find the flow, rather than giving love and asking for desires to be fulfilled, you may want to focus on the thing(s) bothering you and ask for assistance with resolution.  Give a few days for this to occur and be mindful of your environment while you go about your days.  You may see the answers in your surroundings.   Also, at any time of stress, relax by breathing deeply and focusing your attention on the space at the entrance of your nostrils.  Let the breath come in and out while your feel it caressing that spot and calming your mind.  If your attention wanders and you find yourself back in the ‘angst’, banish all judgement and return to observing your breath.  This can help calm you in as little as a minute. You can also use the HU at anytime to connect to the creative source and guide you to the greatest solutions.  


Always know you are protected, guided and surrounded by starlit love.
